If you are unhappy for any reason, simply contact us (before 45 days since your purchase) so that we can resolve this for you. We will gladly get you a replacement or a refund right away! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (some exceptions do apply, such as beauty products) and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
